The engagement of Sandra Marie Casillas to Jason Jules Mucha, both of San Antonio, Texas, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged Nov. 14, 2009, at the Marquardt Ranch in San Antonio. A reception will follow.

Ms. Casillas is the daughter of Fred and Velma Hines of San Antonio. She is the granddaughter of Indalecio and Beatrice Vriegas of San Antonio.

Mr. Mucha is the son of Jean Brudevold of Venice, Fla., and Jules Mucha of Wilmington, N.C. He is the grandson of the late Bennett and Helen Brudevold of Venice.

The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Tom C. Clark High School. She received a degree in business administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Ms. Casillas is a purchasing analyst for CPS Energy.

The prospective groom is a 1992 graduate of Warren Central High School. He received a degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master’s degree from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Mucha is an aerospace consultant.
