Aaron Glenn Koury and Elizabeth Anne James were married Oct. 24, 2009, at Christ the King Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. James III of Dallas.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Glenn Koury of Dallas. He is the grandson of Frances C. Koury and the late Ellis Koury of Vicksburg.

Following a honeymoon in Ireland, the couple will make their home in Dallas.

The bride is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a master’s in education.

She is a licensed professional counselor on the Psychiatric Consult Team at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.

The groom is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity.

He received a Juris Doctorate from SMU’s Dedman School of Law and is employed at Adams and Martin.
