Flashes fall at St. Andrew’s|Prep basketball

MADISON — St. Aloysius had a tough time at St. Andrew’s, falling hard in both games on Tuesday.
The Lady Saints routed the Lady Flashes (1-1), who played without Tori Hines, 51-25. Hines was playing with the St. Al soccer team.
Amy Hindleman scored 18 points to lead St. Andrew’s, which had 10 players score. St. Andrew’s led 41-10 at the half. Cory Sweets had 12 for St. Andrew’s.
Carlye Smith led the Lady Flashes with six points.
In the boys’ game, St. Andrew’s rolled 69-32. Willie Magee had 19 points to lead the Saints.
Cannon Ray and Michael Toucher had 11 each. St. Al, which was playing its season opener, got 10 points from Sean Johnson and seven from Luke Burnett.
