Four sentenced in circuit court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• John Boswell, 50, 304 Northridge Drive, pleaded guilty to fondling a child under 16 and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years of probation plus $6,322.50 in fines and court costs. Boswell must register as a sex offender and have no contact with his victim. He was indicted by the August 2008 grand jury for sexual battery of a child occurring between March and November of 2007.

• William G. Hansford, 28, 3781 Mississippi 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, third offense, and was sentenced by Chaney to one year and one day in prison followed by three years of probation, plus $2,322.50 in fines and court costs. Hansford was arrested Jan. 9.

• Cody Glen Hollowell, 25, 2963 Culkin Road, pleaded guilty to prescription forgery and was sentenced by Chaney to the Ninth Circuit Drug Court Program for a period not to exceed five years, plus $1,822.50 in fines and costs. Hollowell was arrested July 13.

• Kevin O. Todd, 41, 117 Pearl Ave., Richland, pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced by Chaney to an extended alcohol and drug treatment program followed by five years of probation, plus $1,322.50 in fines and costs. Todd was arrested Aug. 15.
