MEMPHIS — Rita Banks died Sunday, Dec. 6, 2009, at Baptist Hospital-Desoto in Southaven. She was 40.

Survivors include two sons, Andrew Banks and Calvin Banks of Memphis; a daughter, Caldricka Banks of Memphis; her parents, George Sr. and Everline Banks of Memphis; a brother, George Banks Jr. of Vicksburg; a sister, LeVera Haggard of Vicksburg; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Redmon Funeral Home in Greenville with the Rev. Frank Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
