In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Demetris T. Ford, 21, 115 Abraham Drive, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to the Mississippi Department of Corrections Restitution Center in Jackson County to pay $5,663.71 in restitution, fines and court costs, followed by five years of probation. Ford was arrested Feb. 11, 2005, for burglary of an auto and credit card fraud, and Jan. 5 for forgery.

• Diane Hutson, 61, 1355 Warrenton Road, was found guilty of violating probation and sentenced by Chaney to continue on probation for five years, plus pay outstanding fines, costs and restitution associated with her original sentencing (balance not specified). Hutson was arrested Feb. 12, 2002, for embezzlement.

• Kimberly R. Ward, 29, 1310 China St., Apt. A, pleaded guilty to retaliation against a witness and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to two years of probation, plus fines and court costs totaling $1,322.50. Ward was arrested April 18, 2008.
