Kettes celebrate 60th

Charles Jr. and Jean Kette celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Saturday. They were married Dec. 26, 1949, at St. Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. James Brett officiating.

They have five children, Charles Kette III of Florida, David Kette and wife Nancy of Reno, Nev., George Kette of Jackson and Richard Kette and wife Debra and Katie Marcus and husband Steven, all of Vicksburg.

The Kettes also have six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
