Bobbie R. Williamson died Monday, Dec. 28, 2009, at River Region Medical Center. She was 75.

Mrs. Williamson was the daughter of the late John and Icy Mae Crawford Barnes. She worked as a registered nurse for 38 years, retiring from Vicksburg Medical Center.

She was a member of Highland Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, David Williamson and Ken Williamson.

Survivors include her husband, John D. Williamson; two sons, Darrell Williamson and Wayne Williamson, both of Vicksburg; two daughters, Robin Williamson and Nena Longmire, both of Vicksburg; two brothers, Mikel Barnes of Texas and Brooks Barnes of Arkansas; three sisters, Kitty Baker of Vicksburg, Judy Berry of Arkansas and Eva Maudine Wilhoit of Kansas; and six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Highland Baptist Church with the Rev. Brian Ivey officiating. Burial will follow at Green Acres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Craig Williamson, Cris Williamson, John Williamson, Michael David Williamson, Jonathan Longmire, William Hearn and Anthony Hearn.

Honorary pallbearer will be Nikki Longmire.
