Five convictions of driving under the influence were recorded in Warren County in the week ending Tuesday.

In Vicksburg Municipal Court, found guilty of DUI first offense:

• Richard Lee Birge, 42, 4425 Lee Road, was fined $694.

• Jamal Rashd Moore, 30, 720 Lawrence Road, Jackson, was fined $694.

Found guilty of DUI second offense:

• Deloras Sylvester Defrance, 47, 2907 Washington St., Apt. 13, was fined $1,005.74.

• Jerry Lee Stampley, 42, 3619 Security St., was fined $994.

In Warren County Circuit Court:

• David Earl Fowler Jr. 25, 405 Dogwood Lake Drive, was found guilty of DUI first offense and fined $671.50.
