When Vicksburg temperatures rose into the 40s Wednesday afternoon, children who had been cabin-bound for days were all about getting out. Here, 2-year-old Eva Walker plays on equipment at Catfish Row as her mother, Catalina Hernandez, watches. Hernandez is holding Eva’s 5-month-old sister, Lourdes Walker.
