Norris, Honeycutt wed

Matthew Dennis Norris and Krystal Reneé Honeycutt were married at 2 p.m. Nov. 14, 2009, at Bowmar Baptist Church. T.J. Tennison officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Greg and Christine Honeycutt of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of Bobby and Dean Johnson of Vicksburg, Grover and Betty Pace of Brandon, Sharon and Eddie Farrish of Richland and Jerry Honeycutt of Jackson.

The groom is the son of Dennis and Leah Norris of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Winifred Norris of Bastrop, La., and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Kieffer of Sulphur, La.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride’s chosen colors were black and white. Nuptial music was presented by Jennifer Tillotson, pianist, and Sam Porter, vocalist.

Maid of honor was Elena English of Vicksburg. Bridesmaids were Marilena Simmons and Lisa Vaughn, both of Vancleave, and Brooke Marble of Fayetteville, Ark.

Flower girls were Linley Miles of Vicksburg and Kendall McCook.

Daniel Miles of Vicksburg served as best man. Groomsmen were Chad Owen and David Norris, both of Vicksburg, and Josh Kieffer of Sulphur.

Ushers were Pete Scott and Nathan Baylot, both of Vicksburg.

A reception followed at the church. Hostesses were Dianna Davidson, Kathleen Miller, Michelle Henderson and Delaine Carr.

For a wedding trip, the couple traveled to Garfield, Ark. They will make their home in Vicksburg.

The bride is employed with River Region Health Systems, and the groom is employed at Engineer Research and Development Center.
