Chad James, 30, 1550 Culkin Road, is being held without bond at the Warren County Jail, awaiting his initial court appearance, Sheriff Martin Pace said.
James was charged as a felon with a firearm and for a misdemeanor assault. “If the investigation shows that he fired at someone in the house, the charges will be upgraded to a felony assault charge,” Pace said.
