Meeting Monday

• Approved a $4,582.50 invoice for board attorney Randy Sherard and $23,304.97 in payments to County Engineer John McKee.

• Approved dismissing an employee from the Emergency Management Agency at the request of director Gwen Coleman.

• Approved a bid by Jackson-based Advance Drainage Systems to provide poly pipe materials.

• Announced no action taken in closed session with Tax Assessor Richard Holland concerning an appeal filed by Riverwalk Casino over its property tax liability for 2010. The case is before Warren County Circuit Court.
