Laura Lee Thorpe died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. She was 62.

Mrs. Lee was born and raised in Olympia, Wash., and had made her home in Vicksburg for the past 35 years.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Thorpe of Vicksburg; a daughter, Allison Thorpe of Clinton; a son, Tim Thorpe of Vicksburg; two brothers; one sister; five grandchildren, Chris Thorpe, Bradley Thorpe, Timothy Thorpe II, Kayleigh Thorpe and Nikki Williams; and one great-grandchild, Dillon Williams.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Glenwood Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
