The engagement of Delicia Diann McMillian to Breck Ryan Jamison, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. Vows will be exchanged at 5 p.m. March 20, 2010, at Wilsonwood Lodge. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Ms. McMillian is the daughter of Crystal Richie, the late Johnny Richie and the late Marvin Nugent, all of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of June Kelly and the late Floyd Kelly Jr. of Vicksburg and Jim and Anna Belle Mayes of Georgetown, La.

Mr. Jamison is the son of Wayne and Carol Jamison of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of the late James C. and Louise Walker and the late Odie B. and Ruby Jamison.

The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Vicksburg High School, where she was named varsity softball’s 1994-95 MVP.

Ms. McMillian attended Mississippi Delta Community College and is attending nursing school at Virginia College in Jackson.

The prospective groom is a 1997 graduate of Vicksburg High School.

Mr. Jamison is a tankerman for Progressive Barge Lines in Westwego, La.
