15 sentenced in Warren, Issaquena circuit courts

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• George Baker, 32, 3011 1/2 Green St., pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and four counts of sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to four 20-year prison terms, to be served concurrently, plus fines and court costs totaling $322.50. Baker was arrested April 3 on three counts and indicted on a fourth by the Warren County Grand Jury Aug. 3.
• David Lewis Brown, 24, 765 Hankinson Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to three years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $2,122,50. Brown was arrested Nov. 5.
• Raymond Dill, 46, 748 McKenzie Ave., Panama City, Fla., pleaded guilty to failure to register as a sex offender and was sentenced by Patrick to 50 days in jail, plus fines and costs totaling $4,322.50. Dill was arrested Feb. 14.
• James Robert Gibbs, 37, 2369 Old Highway 27, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to three years in prison, plus fines and costs totaling $322.50. Gibbs was arrested April 23.
• Terrance James Jackson, 27, 250 Ironwood Drive, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and was sentenced by Patrick to five years of probation plus fines and court costs totaling $3,322.50. Jackson was arrested March 21, 2008.
• Cedric Shawntelle Lyons, 27, 377 Glass Road, pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Patrick to time served followed by five years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $3,322.50. Lyons’ arrest date was not available.
• Daniel Lennell McNesh, 21, 257 Harrison Lane, Bentonia, pleaded guilty to robbery and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $3,322.50. McNesh must also complete an alcohol and drug treatment program. He was arrested Jan. 27, 2009.
• Shaun Christopher Neihaus, 31, 215 Cairo Drive, pleaded guilty to attempted burglary of a business and was sentenced by Chaney to two years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections Intensive Supervision Program (house arrest), followed by two years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $1,322.50. Neihaus was arrested May 9.
• Terrell Jermaine Smith, 20, 1900 Baldwin Ferry Road, No. 13C, pleaded guilty to statutory rape and was sentenced by Patrick to one year in prison followed by four years of probation, plus restitution, fines and costs totaling $4,460.50. Smith was arrested Jan. 30, 2008.
• Rodney Douglas Turner, 36, address unavailable, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Chaney to three years in prison followed by three years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $1,622.50. Turner’s arrest date was not available.
• Tonny L. Wash, 24, 1773 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Patrick to four years in prison. Wash was arrested Feb. 8, 2008, for possession of cocaine.
• Kim Whatley, 46, 251 Whatley Hollow Road, pleaded guilty to possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and was sentenced by Patrick to five years in prison followed by 10 years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $3,122.50. Whatley must also complete an alcohol and drug treatment program. She was arrested Dec. 19, 2008.
• Lashonda Williams, 35, 126 Abraham Drive, was found guilty of violating probation and was sentenced by Patrick to one year of house arrest followed by two years of probation. Williams had been sentenced Feb. 14, 2007, for felony shoplifting.
In Issaquena County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:
• Mary Ann Coleman, 49, 153 Coleman Road, Rolling Fork, after pleading guilty Jan. 5 to embezzlement, was sentenced by Chaney to five years in prison followed by a term in the MDOC Restitution Center at Flowood to pay $40,000 in restitution plus fines and costs totaling $2,322.50. After paying restitution, Coleman will be on probation for three years. Her arrest date was not available.
• Michael Dewayne Gisyer, age unavailable, 103 Spencer St., Glen Allan, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault-domestic violence and was sentenced by Chaney to six months in jail followed by three years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $1,322.50. Gisyer was indicted Jan. 4 by the Issaquena Grand Jury.
