Jury selection was to begin this morning in Warren County Circuit Court in the criminal trial of William Eugene Little, who is accused of child molestation.

Little, 56, of Askew Ferry Road, Edwards, faces a maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted. He is represented by Vicksburg lawyer Eugene Perrier.

Little was arrested in Warren County after an investigation by the Mississippi Children’s Advocacy Center and the Department of Human Services, said Warren County victim assistance coordinator Brenda Theriot. He was released from jail in March 2008 after posting $10,000 bond.
