The engagement of Danielle Patrice Guyton to Andre Terrell Tillman, both of Vicksburg, is announced today. The wedding will be at 5 p.m. April 10, 2010, at Tallulah Community Center. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Miss Guyton is the daughter of Olive and Terry Franklin of Vicksburg and Howard L. Kerney of Magnolia. She is the granddaughter of the late Georgia and Howard Kerney Sr. of Magnolia, Darnel Neal of Tallulah and the late Clifton Guyton of St. Louis, Mo.

Mr. Tillman is the son of Eunice and Donald Tillman of Vicksburg. He is the grandson of Catherine Davis and Rosie Tillman and the late Willie Tillman of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Vicksburg High School, where she was a Gator Girl and cheerleader. She attended Stanford University.

Miss Guyton is a sales clerk and cashier at Dollar General.

The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Vicksburg High School, where he played football and was a member of leadership clubs.

He studied art technology.

Mr. Tillman is a steward at Rainbow Casino.
