7 sentenced in Warren County Circuit Court

In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday:

• Jonathan Cole, 20, 522 Farmer St., pleaded guilty to non-residential burglary and grand larceny and was sentenced by Judge M. James Chaney to five years of probation, plus restitution, fines and court costs totaling $2,622.50. Cole was arrested March 26.

• Cedrick Kelly, 29, 66 Railroad Alley, pleaded guilty to possession and sale of cocaine and was sentenced by Judge Isadore Patrick to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $6,445. Kelly was arrested May 1.

• Marcus T. Mack, 24, 531 Hugo St., pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic violence, third or subsequent offense, and was sentenced by Chaney to two years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $1,645. Mack was arrested June 15 and Nov. 4.

• Jessica L. Maxwell, 28, 2330 Lebanon Pine Grove Road, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced by Patrick to four years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $2,322.50. Maxwell was arrested Feb. 9, 2009.

• James Earl Nowell, 28, 2939 Scott Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Chaney to five years in prison followed by five years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $2,522.50. Nowell was arrested July 3.

• Ashley Rees, 25, 660 Standard Hill Road, pleaded guilty to possession of precursor chemicals and possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced by Chaney to four years in prison followed by four years of probation, plus fines and costs totaling $3,322.50. Rees was arrested March 5, 2009.

• Aric D. Shells, 36, 126 Alcorn Drive, pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced by Patrick to one year and one month in prison followed by four years of probation, plus $1,822.50 in fines and costs. Shells was arrested March 1, 2009.
