MEMPHIS — Ruth Adele Mannheimer of Memphis died Saturday, March 20, 2010, at the Memphis Jewish Home. She was 90.

She lived in the Delta during her childhood and moved to Memphis in later years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Mann-heimer Sr.; her mother, Rita Hoffman Mannheimer; her sister, Frances Mannheimer; and her brother, Hank Mannheimer.

She is survived by three nephews, David M. Mann-heimer of Ashburn, Va., George R. Mannheimer of Roswell, Ga., and Douglas L. Mannheimer of Tallahassee, Fla.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Anshe Chesed Cemetery in Vicksburg. Burial will follow under the direction of Canale Funeral Directors of Memphis.
