Meeting Tuesday, the Vicksburg Zoning Board of Appeals approved a setback variance for Melanie Sias, who requested the setback at her property at 103 Fleetwood Drive be changed from 10 feet to 4 feet so she can build a carport.

The board also approved meeting minutes from Feb. 2.
