Hillcrest Christian handed the defending Class 1A champion St. Aloysius Flashes their third straight loss in a battle Friday between MAIS and MHSAA schools. The Cougars (15-7) got 10 hits against St. Al ace Stephen Evans (6-2) to grab the win. Regan Nosser led the Flashes (11-3) at the plate with a double, single and drove in three.
