KINGWOOD, Texas — Charles Lee Smith Jr., formerly of Vicksburg and Tallulah, died Sunday, April 18, 2010, in Kingwood, Texas. He was 62.

Mr. Smith was a native of Bastrop, La.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lee Smith Sr.

He is survived by a son, Lee Smith III; a daughter, Joanna Holmes; his mother, Josephine Smith; one brother, Percy Smith; four grandchildren; and friends.

A memorial service will be Sunday at the home of his daughter, Joanna Holmes, in Kingwood with Laryssa Lee officiating.
