Traffic backs up in the 2400 block of Oak Ridge Road Wednesday morning as emergency personnel work at the scene of a wreck. Nancy Graham, 44, 8570 Oak Ridge Road, was southbound at 8:47 a.m. in a 1996 Chevrolet Lumina when she stopped behind a garbage truck. D.W. Duggins Jr., 82, 11 Rolling Hill Drive, told Warren County Deputy Chris Satcher he did not realize Graham had stopped and his vehicle, a 2005 Buick LeSabre, rear ended hers. No one was injured.
