“Yoga for Healing,” a four-week free class for those grieving a loss, will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday at St. Alban’s Episopal Church in Bovina.

The classes will be taught by master yoga instructor Leah Wheeless.

Sessions will be followed, for those who are interested, in a brief laying on of hands service in the church, said the Rev. Billie Abraham, rector of St. Alban’s.

Abraham said all are welcome, even those who can attend only one or two classes. Chairs will be available for those who cannot pose on the floor. The church is at 5930 Warriors Trail.
