We have some doctors here in town who desert their practices to go overseas on missions to help, such as in Haiti. They don’t realize their practice suffers here at home.

It is fine to be a mission doctor, but not at the expense of your patients. We are being brushed off on nurse practitioners. We want to see the doctor, not a nurse practitioner.

Doctors, you need to get your priorities straight.
