Workers move a crane into place Thursday morning to replace an Entergy transformer at the utility’s station on Mulberry Street. The transformer blew out Saturday afternoon, leaving about 1,800 Entergy customers without electricity into late Saturday or early Sunday. Entergy officials said that while the cause of the blowout remains under investigation, they believe high winds might have blown something into the lines.
