The Warren County disaster recovery center at Eagle Lake will close Friday at 7 p.m., emergency management officials have announced.

Eagle Lake residents with damages from the April 24 tornado who have not registered for disaster assistance can visit the Vicksburg recovery center at the Eagle Lake Volunteer Fire Department before the center closes.

After, recovery assistance will be available by calling 800-621-3362 or visiting www.disasterassistance.gov.

Federal Emergency Management Agency and Mississippi Emergency Management Agency officials set up the Eagle Lake assistance center following home losses and damages from the tornado.
