Two arrested, held without bond on drug charges

A Vicksburg man and a Redwood man were in the Warren County Jail Friday night on unrelated drug charges.

Clarence Winters, 52, 143 Kings Crossing Road, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Friday by Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents and charged with sale of hydrocodone, jail records showed.

Keith Garcia, 28, 900 Bell Bottom Road, was arrested at 3 p.m. Friday for a drug court sanction.
