Craig Prevost has been named chief of the Directorate of Public Works Engineering Division at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center.

Prevost, a 25-year Corps veteran, had been acting chief of the division for the last five months. He is responsible for activities that involve design, construction, maintenance and repair of ERDC facilities.

Prevost has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in engineering management, both from Mississippi State University.
