Ivan M. Reihsmann has been promoted to the rank of sergeant in a ceremony at Paris Island, N.C. Sgt. Reihsmann is stationed at the Albany, Ga., Marine Corps Logistics Base as a member (trombone) of the Albany Marine Corps Band.

A 2006 graduate of Warren Central High School, he is the son of Oscar and Bunny Reihsmann of Vicksburg.
