A Vicksburg man was being held in the Issaquena County Jail today on drug charges.

Jermaine Dorsey, 28, 3012 Green St., was arrested at 9:08 Wednesday night in the Pemberton Square mall parking lot and charged with possession of cocaine, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

“His arrest stems from complaints of drug activity in the parking lot,” said Stewart.

Police recovered half an ounce of crack with a street value of about $800, Stewart said.

Dorsey was being held on a $20,000 bond.
