CANTON — Charles Edward Worley died Monday, May 31, 2010, at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was 66.

Mr. Worley was born in Jackson to Linnie Belle and Percy L. Worley. He co-owned The Mill Store in Canton.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Barbara Ledbetter Worley; a daughter, Angela Lewis of Auburn, Ala.; a son, Kenneth Worley of Niceville, Fla.; three brothers, Percy Worley of Vicksburg, James Worley of Clinton and Gordon Worley of Jackson; seven grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Breeland Funeral Home in Canton. Burial will be at 3 p.m. at Banner Cemetery in Banner, Miss. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
