Services for Willie Monroe Nichols Sr. will be at noon Saturday at Cedar Grove M.B. Church with the Rev. Antione Eakins officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 6 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home and Saturday at the church from 11 a.m. until the service.

Mr. Nichols died Sunday, May 30, 2010, at his home. He was 82.

He was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church, where he was a financial worker. He worked for a number of years at O’Neal-McNamara and Hollis and Company. He was a former employee of Super Junior and was self-employed in lawn maintenance and janitorial services.
