Sheryl Parmegiani died Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Vicksburg Promise Hospital. She was 60.

Born in Pontotoc, Miss., Sheryl was the daughter of the late James and Barnice Vance. She was co-owner of Tuminello’s restaurant for a number of years and was a member of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a son, Jay Parmegiani and his wife, Kara, of Vicksburg; three grandsons, Blake, Ethan and Eli Parmegiani; one sister Carolyn Vance of Memphis, Tenn.; and one niece.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Stephanie Clifton, and a sister, Madelaine Morgan.

A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Riles Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry White, pastor of Bowmar Baptist Church, officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. Monday until the hour of service.
