Two held for sex with 14-year-old girl

Two Vicksburg men were in the Warren County Jail today charged with sex crimes against a 14-year-old girl.

On U.S 80 near Vicksburg city limits, David F. Sullivan, 18, 110 Vera Drive, was arrested for statutory rape, and Tyler J. Sullivan, 19, same address, was charged with sexual battery, Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said.

Pace said the rape and battery happened about two weeks ago at the home of the men, believed to be cousins. Vera Drive is off Gibson Road.

Both were being held without bond pending an initial appearance in court.
