Ledessia B. Chatman, formerly of Vicksburg, died Thursday, June 3, 2010. She was 107.

Mrs. Chatman was a member of Calvary M.B. Church in Vicksburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Chatman.

She is survived by nieces Dorothy Reed and Gloria Smith, both of Vicksburg, Eleanor Holmes of Jackson and Lillie Gardner, Laura Scott, Bessie Vaughn, Rosetta B. Fields and Gloria Holloway, all of Chicago; nephews; and great-nieces and -nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Calvary M.B. Church with the Rev. Rudy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home. Visitation will be at the church from noon Saturday until the service.
