Christopher Ross, 45, 201 Berryman Road Apt. I68, surrendered at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday after he heard he was being sought in a routine check of sex offenders in the area, Pace said.

Pace said Ross, who later was released on a $5,000 bond, had failed to report a move out-of-state.
