Happy 105th

Six-year-old William Vandiver, right, watches his great-grandfather Harry Gillespie blow out birthday candles at his 105th birthday party given to him by the Vicksburg Rotary Club at Roca Thursday. Gillespie was born June 27, 1905, in Palestine, Texas, and moved to Vicksburg in 1954. He was a member of the Palestine Texas Rotary Club and joined the Vicksburg Rotary Club in 1954. William is the son of Elizabeth and Chad Vandiver of Philadelphia, Pa.
