Services for Henry “June” Brinkley Jr. will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny R. Flowers officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 until 7 today at the funeral home with family present from 6 until 7.

Mr. Brinkley died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at his home. He was 62.

He attended Kings Elementary and Temple High School.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Brinkley Sr. and Bennie Brinkley; a granddaughter, Kennedi Brinkley; and one brother, Norman Brinkley.

Survivors include three sons, Authur Brinkley, Patrick Brinkley and Gerald Brinkley, all of Dallas; one daughter, Delicia Brinkley-Armstead of Dallas; two sisters, Rosie Brinkley of Chicago and Floree Brinkley of Vicksburg; one brother, Burnell Brinkley of Vicksburg; 11 grandchildren; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
