Bricka, Brown to wed in Starkville on Aug. 7

Dr. and Mrs. Ray Mark Bricka of Starkville announce the engagement of their daughter, Mallory Michelle, to Daniel Booth Brown. Mr. Brown is the son of Brenda Booth Brown and Dr. Richard Lee Brown of Starkville.
Miss Bricka is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Dale White of Starkville and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Lorenz Bricka of Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. Brown is the grandson of Norma Booth and the late James Booth of Birmingham, Ala., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Brown of Harmon, Ark.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Starkville Academy. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in counseling from Mississippi State University.
She was a member of Kappa Delta Pi international education honor society and Future Educators of America.
The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Starkville High School. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from Mississippi State University.
He is pursuing a Doctorate of Physics from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Vows will be exchanged at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 7, 2010, at Veterans Memorial Rose Garden in Starkville. A reception will follow at the home of the bride’s parents.
