City woman jailed in robbery, burglary, assault

A Vicksburg woman was arrested at her home Friday on three felony charges.
At 1:40 p.m., police charged Tamisha Stowers, 30, 128 Village Drive, in a residential burglary, aggravated assault and armed robbery that was reported at 7:45 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of Howard Street, Vicksburg police Lt. Bobby Stewart said. The victim, a 74-year-old man, told police a woman and three men entered his home, hit him with a pistol and took $3,000 and a watch, Stewart said.
Stowers was in the Warren County Jail without bond pending an initial court appearance. More arrests are expected, Stewart said.
