The Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality is seeking applicants for its Recycling Bin Grant Program.

The deadline to apply is July 30.

The program offers free recycling bins to schools, colleges and universities, as well as public and nonprofit offices. Applications, which must be completed and received by 5 p.m., will be evaluated based on the potential to collect the most recyclable material. Grant recipients will be announced Aug. 20.
