Four finalists seeking to be the next superintendent of the Vicksburg Warren School District will have formal interviews this week with the Board of Trustees, and a decision could be made Friday to offer the job to one of them.

Each of the candidates will spend a day touring the city and visiting the schools, meeting with teachers, principals and other staff and attending a community session where they will answer a prepared slate of questions, identical for each.

Parents and other members of the public can attend the community meetings, which will be at 11 a.m. daily through Thursday in the board room at the district offices on Mission 66.
