Adden Maxwell Howell, 5, of Greenville, is wrapped in a blanket to keep him dry after the 2005 Dodge Neon, foreground, in which he was a passenger collided with a 2003 Ford Explorer on Mississippi 27 Saturday. Witnesses said the Neon, driven by Yvette Frazier, 44, 6280 Lynnfield Road, Horn Lake, was southbound on 27 with her right turn signal on. Dianna Hubis, 18, 501 Elmwood St., was stopped on Paxton attempting to turn right onto 27, Warren County Deputy Shane Parker said. Thinking Frazier was about to turn right onto Paxton, Hubis pulled onto 27 and the vehicles collided, Parker said. Frazier was taken to River Region Medical Center. One passenger, Faye Livingston, 40, 5935 Airways Blvd., Southaven, was also taken to River Region. Two other passengers, James Brown, 46, of 240 Boy Scout Road and David Lee Brown, 27, 538 West Tower Drive, Big Spring, Texas, refused transport. Haden is the son of James Brown. Hubis and one passenger, Erica Hogle, 18 4721 Lee Road, were not injured. River Region spokesman Allen Karel said there was no record of Frazier, while Livingston was treated and released. Frazier was issued a citation for no proof of insurance Parker said.
