FLORA — Margie Hearn Lunsford, 82, died Monday, July 26, 2010, at Trinity Mission in Clinton. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2010, at the Chapel of Wright & Ferguson, Highland Colony. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight and at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Flora Cemetery.

Mrs. Lunsford was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Canton. She was a loving, kind, compassionate person to everyone she met or knew.

She was preceded in death by her son, Guy Lunsford; father, James Otto Hearn Sr.; mother, Beulah B. Hearn; and sisters, Florence Harwood and Betty York.

Survivors include her husband, W.F. Lunsford of Flora; daughter, Kay Eldridge (Harris) of Flora; sons, Bill Lunsford (Lynn) of Clinton and Al Lunsford (Debbie) of Flora; grandchildren, Bill Lunsford Jr. (Holly) of Canton, Christopher Lunsford (Weatherby) of Clinton, A.J. Lunsford of Flora and Mallory Adcox (Jacob) of Morton; great-grandchild, Addison Lunsford of Clinton; brother, James Otto Hearn Jr. (Alice) of Vicksburg; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Special appreciation goes to her niece, Vicki Hillman.
