2 men face additional charges

Two Jackson men charged with false pretense by Vicksburg police on Monday were charged with two more felonies Wednesday, police Sgt. Sandra Williams said.

Damean Ellis, 23, 1225 Bailey Ave., and Latezz Hogan, 24, 1608 N. Blair St., were charged with uttering a forgery and conspiracy to commit forgery, Williams said.

The two are accused of cashing forged checks Monday at Walmart on Iowa Boulevard, Williams said.

Both men were being held at the Warren County Jail without bond pending an initial appearance in court.
