Meeting Monday:

• Approved minutes of July meetings.

• Approved a list of 52 bridges to be inspected by county engineer John McKee.

• Approved invoices for the Haining Road Project: Jimmy G. Gouras Urban Planning, $4,833.33; ABMB, $25,342.08; and Key LLC, $421,515.80.

• Approved invoices for the Bayou Project: ABMB, $27,259.52; and Jimmy Gouras, $3,381.25.

• Approved close-out documents for the Cherry Street/Adams Street Bridge project.

• Accepted the report of the District Attorney on fines assessed and collected for March, April and May, 2010. The total assessed was $303,785.09 (county’s share $159,758.50). The total collected was $174,225.24 (county’s share, $65,465.97).

• Approved invoices from John McKee, county engineer, totalling $15,258,72.

• Approved an invoice from board attorney James R. Sherard for $4,290.

• Approved payment in the amount of $20,390.01 for the county’s share of E-911 dispatchers’ salaries and benefits for July.

• Approved an interfund loan from the general fund to the Justice Assistance Grant Fund for $933.98 to pay for equipment. Loan will be repaid upon receipt of federal funds.

• Approved the distribution of residual funds from the River Region TIF Bond Fund — $881.41 to various funds based on millage rates.

• Approved the resolution for the 2010 Home Program.

• Approved reports from Dot McGee, chancery clerk; claims docket for July; Justice Court settlements for June 21 to July 20; and Tax Collector’s privilege tax license collections for June; and accepted minutes of the Warren County Port Commission for June 21, minutes of the E-911 Commission for June 30, and minutes of the Warren County Parks and Recreation Committee for June 16, and the Jury Commission Report for the first quarter of 2010.

• Approved the supplemental claims docket.
