A Vicksburg man was being held in the Issaquena County Jail this morning on a $10,000 bond, charged with third offense domestic violence stemming from an incident Friday evening, said Lt. Bobby Stewart.

Lucius Sparks, 36, was arrested after police responded to a disturbance call to his home at 1327 West Magnolia St. around 8:30 Friday. Stewart said the victim, Sparks’ live-in girlfriend, was treated and released at River Region Medical Center for a cut near her eye.
