TVs missing in four burglaries

Televisions were targeted in four burglaries reported Monday in the city and county.

In Vicksburg, two residential burglaries and one auto break-in were reported, police Lt. Bobby Stewart said.

A 26-inch RCA flat-screen TV valued at $300 and a piggy bank containing $20 were reported stolen at 6:58 p.m. from a home in the 100 block of Walters Street.

At 10:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Lummie Street, a 42-inch Zenith flat-screen TV valued at $550 was reported stolen from a home.

A CD player valued at $100 and a 12-volt truck battery valued at $80 were reported stolen from a 2003 Chevrolet 2500 pickup at 8:17 a.m. in the 1100 block of Clay Street.

Warren County records show an LG television, two Toshiba TVs, a Nintendo Wii game system and a Dell computer were reported stolen at 4:17 p.m. from a home in the 400 block of Garden Grove Street.
